INDIAN HEMP PRODUCTION
Over a hundred years ago, in 1895, the Indian government studied the growing of Indian Hemp and came to the conclusion it was better to control it through taxation. They decided the best way to control any drug consumption ( marijuana ) was to tax it heavily. Helps the government revenues.
Our Belize government is still in the dark ages here. Nobody in government has that much brains. Maybe they need FOLIC ACID suppolements?
