Hemp Therapy is proven, and Belizeans want it legalized. Especially cancer patients.

Belize politicians are pirates.
So consumed with scams and self enrichment deals, they cannot effectively promote the nation, exports and development. They have no time, and will not change outrageous deceitful laws, like the hemp laws.
