September FLY IN for Belize in doubt????

Pilots and plane owners are contemplating a BREAKFAST FLY IN for September in the mini-dry at the grass BEDRAN's airstrip out by Chaa Creek. In speaking to TOM at Central Farm he says it depends on GOB permission? Permission I asked him? What do you mean? He said that the ultra lights are unregulated and fly out of there, but for a breakfast pilot do, fly in, bigger planes would be arriving and for that they need permission to allow them to land on grass.
WOW! They sure make me feel old! I can remember when we landed on 900 feet grass and dirt strips during the British Honduras colonial days with 150 foot jungle trees at each end. You could land anywhere, the responsibility was the pilots.
