Entrepreneurs in Belize are looking for new businesses. Here is one. We did some experiments this dry season with long sweet red chili peppers. I was amazed how prolific and easy they grew, while my lettuce were shriveling with the heat and my tomatoes died on the vine. Since there is a guy exporting habenero peppers, he should have the setup and packaging and processing to ship long sweet hot red chili peppers also. Haven't tried them all year round yet, but for April and May our dry season they grew very easily. Bumper crop in my two nurseries. Take about 45 days to harvest from seedlings.
