How will you die? In Belize?

Three more weeks and I will be 75 years of age.  Longer than I ever thought.  With some sort of neck cancer, still unidentified and 18 months of sporadic pain, one figures that with one foot in the grave, this cartoon says it all.

Nobody dies of old age anymore.  There is always some complication.
