Bill,
Interesting that the paper does not mention the safety of 60 GHz.
Power is too low to cook people but the answer to planet overcrowding if we sterilise everyone?

This white paper explains a lot. It is worth the time to have a
read as it will most certainly transform computing as we now know
it – i.e. no wires and 7 Gbps communications between devices
operating at 60 GHz. They claim 10 meter separation as normal and
perhaps even better. Also the router will be backwards compatible
to 2.3 and 5 GHz devices.
Changes are on the way, it's time to loosen the limits set in our minds by past experience. Mid 2013 is the target for products to hit the market.
