BELIZE BONDS HAVE BEEN UPGRADED TO A +, at least in part of one customer.

ONE OF THE BOND HOLDERS GOT PAID IN FULL, FOR INTEREST PAYMENT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THEM.  BELIZE BONDS NOW RATED A+.

This is getting a bit murky for this layman's understanding?

*****That is an instrument with a cds on it. (I think the insurance is from a German company.)
This brings me to a interesting point. While Belize have not technically defaulted bc the bondholders have not reported the superbond coupon payment as being more than 30 days late to the trustees the remaining 60 days is a hard date bc then its a default as a matter of law. Now the interesting part is that if the credit rating agencies declare a "credit" default then the lucky ppl who was buying the superbond with a cds as was popular some years ago would get paid in full even if its not an actual default by the bondholders.

****Ahhhh!  Have any credit rating agencies declared a credit default then, for some of the BOND holders?

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Fitch Ratings has taken the following rating action on the notes issued by Belize Sovereign Investments III (Cayman) Limited (BSI; the issuer):
--$85.7 million notes upgraded to 'A+' from 'A'; Outlook Stable.
The rating action follows the timely payment of the notes by Steadfast Insurance Company (Steadfast; Zurich Insurance Company Ltd.) on Sept. 20, 2012, as well as the recent upgrade of Steadfast's Insurer Financial Strength rating to 'AA-', Outlook Stable in August 2012. The rating of the notes addresses the timely payment of interest and principal on a semi-annual basis.
Repayment of the notes is backed by two restructured government of Belize (GOB) sovereign obligations and benefits from two insurance policies underwritten by Steadfast. The two GOB obligations have an insurance policy which directly covers any non-payment by the GOB. Payments from the GOB on the underlying notes will pass through to the BSI trust to cover payments on the BSI notes. The amortization schedules are identical.
Insurance policies such as those supporting this transaction allow lowly rated sovereigns to achieve higher ratings by mitigating various sovereign risks. Transactions in emerging markets have utilized various types of political risk insurance covering narrowly defined risks such as transfer and convertibility to more extensive coverage such as the non-payment of a sovereign obligation. The more complete coverage of non-payment benefits the BSI transaction by allowing it to be rated more in line with the credit quality of Steadfast. In addition, the BSI policies provide for a straight forward claims-paying process with limited conditionality and termination events.
The transaction faced the first test to these insurance policies when the GOB defaulted on a $23 million payment due Aug. 20, 2012; the portion owed to the BSI noteholders was approximately $3.6 million. The performance of the transaction hinged on compensation by Steadfast as a result of the transaction parties executing their respective responsibilities in a timely manner, which included claim submission, review, and payment.
The GOB made a partial payment of approximately $11.7 million after the 30-day grace period ended on Sept. 19, 2012. The trust was compensated by Steadfast under the insurance policy and BSI noteholders were paid in full Sept. 21, 2012. The insurance policies contain only one exclusion and the claims paying process is straightforward with limited potential for timing delays.
Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is the primary operating entity of the Zurich Financial Services group and acts as a holding company for the insurance operating subsidiaries. The group has focused on insurance since 2002 and has a strongly developed insurance franchise.
Additional information is available at 'www.fitchratings.com'. The ratings above were solicited by, or on behalf of, the issuer, and therefore, Fitch has been compensated for the provision of the ratings.

NEW MAJORITY SHARE OWNER FROM USA, OF BSI SUGAR FACTORY GETS TAX BREAKS FOR TEN YEARS!

New foreign ( USA ) majority share owner gets big exemptions during B.S.I. buyout, from Government.

We will have more on the American Sugar Refinery when a Bill called The Sugar Industry and Cogeneration Project is tabled in the House of Representatives for immediate passage later this week. But from a quick look, ASR appears to have worked out its own accommodation agreement.  As you know, the company is acquiring shares in the Belize Sugar Industry and the government is calling it a major investment package for the ailing economy. The deal, however, includes major tax exemptions and will give BSI a huge advantage in the production of sugar cane over the cane farmers.  Firstly, there is a total exemption of income and business taxes retroactive to 2008. Thereafter, there are proposed partial yearly tax exemptions beginning next year and up to 2016 in this manner:  Eighty percent from January first to December thirty-first, 2013, in 2014, a sixty percent reduction, in 2015 a forty percent and the following year 2016 a twenty percent. The sweet deal also includes withholding tax on dividends, on payments for technical services and tax exemptions for ten years on custom and excise duties and environmental tax. There is more, a fifty percent stamp exemption on stamp duty for security documents and the Bill seeks to give BSI unrestricted right to export raw sugar and molasses for a period of ten years.

5 hp generator run from a pendulum energy storage?

I wonder what weight you would need, in a pendulum system, like a pendulum clock, to store enough energy to run a constant speed 5 kw generator?

I'm thinking of a pendulum clock apparatus.  Then you input WINDMILL, SOLAR and any other free source you have of electrical energy and it raises the weight, while gravity discharges the energy to run a constant speed generator.

How practical would this be, you engineers?

FOUND A CAT SCAN IN TWIN TOWNS, WESTERN BELIZE

Finally located a CAT SCAN in the twin towns of Western Belize.  All the doctors are telling me, I have to go to the coastal port of Belize City to get a CAT SCAN.  Then one doctor finally broke down and told me there was one, at La Loma Luz hospital.  Went and checked it out and yes they do have a CAT SCAN.  They send the scan by email to a radioologists in the port for interpretation.  Who cares?  I was not going to make that 12 hour trip there and back to the port town down on the coast.  Rather have a chance on having cancer.

I was puzzling why none of the doctors around the TWIN TOWNS were telling me this.  The wife came up with the solution.  There are several CAT SCANS in the port of Belize City, but one of them is giving COMMISSIONS, or KICKBACKS, to the TWIN TOWNS doctors, so they are telling their patients they have to go to Belize City to get it.  Anywhere from $40 to $150 backsheesh, it is guessed.  Sheesh!  USA medicine practices coming to Belize mon!  These doctors around here getting GREEDY.

Came back from my La Loma Luz hospital CAT SCAN.  ( $350 bz, $175 USA ) and got a story from technician, that the machine had been broken down for about a year and just started work again with their testing services, a month ago.  So, it could possibly be that Western doctors do not yet know the CAT SCAN testing service is available again?  They will advertise it, she said.

CLIMATE CHANGE HYPE IS TOTALLY BOGUS SCIENCE

Cool-Headed Climate Conversation With Aerospace Legend Burt Rutan

September 11, 2012

“I began to smell something really bad, and the worse that smell got, the deeper
I looked,” says Rutan.

Although Burt is world renowned for his remarkable record-setting achievements
in aircraft and spacecraft design, he has devoted a great deal of attention to
the global warming “debate”.

Since he is very accustomed to analyzing a lot of data, many anthropogenic
(man-made) global warming claims caught his attention.

Recently, Larry Bell conducted an excellent interview with Burt, now published
in Forbes magazine. Here are excerpts from that interview:
Cool-Headed Climate Conversation With Aerospace Legend Burt Rutan
By Larry Bell

Burt, as someone with such intense involvement in aerospace design and
development, what got you interested in climate issues?

The first thing that got my attention, a lot of people’s attention was
statements that the entire planet is heading towards a future climate
catastrophe that is attributable to human carbon dioxide emissions. So I decided
to take a look at that and just see if this conclusion was arrived at ethically.
I was particularly concerned because the proposed solutions will have enormous
impacts upon costs of energy, which of course, will increase costs of everything.

I was shocked to find that there were actually climate scientists who wouldn’t
share the raw data, but would only share their conclusions in summary graphs
that were used to prove their various theories about planet warming. In fact I
began to smell something really bad, and the worse that smell got, the deeper I
looked.

I even read Al Gore’s book, which was very enlightening…but not in a good way.
When you look for data to back up his claims, you immediately discover that they
are totally unsubstantiated.

Tragically, policymakers have thrown horrendous amounts of taxpayer money needed
for other purposes at solving an unsubstantiated emergency. It is scandalous
that so many climate scientists who fully knew that Al Gore had no basis for his
irresponsible claims stood mute. Meanwhile, that alarmism has generated billions
of dollars more to finance a rapidly growing climate science industry with
budgets that have risen by a factor of 40 since the early 1990s. I consider this
failure to speak up just as unethical as the behavior of those who put out the
false catastrophic claims.

One of the first things I did was to get out the [U.N. Intergovernmental Panel
on Climate Change] IPCC summary for policymaker’s reports. Inexplicably, the
Medieval Warm Period appearing in the first report which was warmer than today’s
temperatures, disappeared from the second. The last Little Ice Age disappeared
as well. They were replaced by the infamous “hockey stick” graph, which appeared
multiple times. That was a big disconnect.

Actually, looking back over the past 11,000 or so years since Earth began to
recover from the last big Ice Age, we’re experiencing a very moderate and stable
climate stage. And going back nearly half of the past million years, a long Ice
Age occurred about every 90,000 years or so with a large percentage of the
planet uninhabitable. We’re talking about ice as much as a mile or more thick
covering large portions of North America and Europe. Any local warming that
alarmists talk about is only a brief and tiny blip.

There’s certainly nothing alarming about the stable period we currently enjoy. I
was struck by claims that we are experiencing unprecedented warming caused by
Man, where data clearly shows that our recent warming isn’t unprecedented.

Another important thing that caught my attention was that the increased
atmospheric CO2 that all this alarmism centers on is of huge benefit for
agriculture. Green houses actually supplement CO2 to make plants grow better. It
has been shown that crop yields actually go up some 30% or more with doubling of
CO2 in the atmosphere. So I’m a very confused as to what’s wrong with CO2. It’s
the food plants need to grow and feed all animals, including us.

I’m very impressed by all the data that you have made available on charts you
prepared for your website. Readers can find that and much more at:
www.burtrutan.com

So Burt, what are some of the most important points that you wish to emphasize
to readers?

One of the most important is to have the general public, the media, and
policymakers understand is that any claims that 97%, 98%, or whatever, of all
climate scientists agree that our planet is heading for a climate catastrophe
are totally bogus.

It doesn’t require anyone with a climate science-related degree to recognize,
for example, that 1938 was the warmest year in recent times, and that CO2 levels
were much lower then. These consensus issues are discussed in some detail in
three PowerPoint charts included near the end of my “An Engineer’s Critique of
Global Warming Science” report. The bottom line: there is no consensus on the

Liam Collins: Courts lay bare Quinn's oil empire

The millionaire guru Tony Quinn's business dealings are coming under the spotlight, writes Liam Collins

Sunday September 23 2012
The bizarre world of that international man of mystery Tony Quinn is being peeled away, layer by layer, in courts in Dublin, Denver, Colorado, USA and the Caribbean island of St Kitts & Nevis.
The Dublin-born 'guru' has been dragged centre stage over a series of legal actions revolving around what could be a billion dollar oil fortune in Belize.
The tanned and bearded Dubliner, Tony Quinn, one of whose followers claimed she was indoctrinated to believe he was "the reincarnation of Jesus Christ", only made one visit to the Central American country of Belize, but it turned out to be a very profitable journey.
At a ceremony on October 10, 2006, two of his then "admirers", Susan Morrice and Irish woman Sheila McCaffrey, presented him with 'Class A' shares in the oil exploration firm International Natural Energy (INE), registered in the Carribean island of St Kitts & Nevis and which were later valued at more than $16m (€12.2m).
Ms Morrice and Ms McCaffrey "appear" to have known each other since 2002 and, according to court documents, Ms McCaffrey was involved in oil and gas exploration in Ireland before they began putting the Belize project together.
INE was set up to hold shares in Belize Natural Energy (BNE), which carried out the oil exploration in Belize and "to the industry's surprise" struck oil in 2005, began to sell it in 2006 and has been "astonishingly successful" with reserves that could be worth billions.
The exploration company had 32,000 'Class A' shares, held by a small group known as the "Originators" of the Belize exploration project and 63,000 'Class B' shares. "The balance of the initial funding (of the exploration) was raised from persons (the Class B members) who had attended so-called Educo seminars run by Mr Quinn and who were encouraged in the course of those seminars to invest in INE in exchange for shares," said Judge J Bannister of the East Caribbean Supreme Court, in a judgement delivered on July 16, 2012.
Many of the Class B shareholders are devotees of Mr Quinn in Ireland.
"It appears," he continued, "that there is a body of opinion in the Republic of Ireland which is passionately opposed to Mr Quinn and to whatever it may be that he stands for or promotes, to the point where campaigns have been run against him in the media and where he is, or has been, subjected to serious intimidation."
As well as getting the valuable parcel of shares, Mr Quinn, it was later claimed, was appointed to the board of the company, an appointment which the judge later declared was "plainly invalid" because he hadn't been elected or paid for the shares.
Although he owns a landmark home on the coast road in Malahide, Co Dublin, another of Mr Quinn's homes appears to be Hamhaugh Island, an old fort on the Thames in London, which he has converted into a luxury mansion.
It was there, on August 16 and 17, 2007, that a meeting of the 'Originators' of the oil company took place in a "fraught atmosphere".
The Caribbean judge records Ms McCaffrey's version of the meeting "was that Mr Quinn spent time over the two days advocating a number of sharp business practices" and "scams" which he suggested should be put in place at Belize Natural Energy -- including operating their own offshore banks and "creaming off profits for themselves at the expenses of the Class B shareholders and the government of Belize".
However, Judge Bannister found that Tony Quinn "did not make these suggestions" and that none of these so-called suggestions were put in place.
However, a new operating agreement was signed on December 13, 2007, in Belmopan, the capital of Belize, in which Mr Quinn was defined as an 'Originator' of the company, with a permanent seat on the board.
The judge found that after the London meeting Ms McCaffrey was "progressively sidelined from the management of BNE" and "became effectively excluded" from all participation in the management" and was later suspended as a director. He also noted that a peculiar feature of the company is that INE has paid no dividends, but it allowed some shareholders -- said to be supporters of Ms Morrice and Mr Quinn -- to borrow large sums of money in lieu of future earnings, where other shareholders who are not favoured by them are excluded from this arrangement.
The reason that all this has come out is that around the same time in 2007 another founder of the company Jean Cornec, a Canadian mining engineer who had worked originally in Belize and was one of the original founders of the company, also felt he was being sidelined and came to an agreement to sell his Class A shares to Susan Morrice at $290 (€230) a share. He was paid $2m (€1.5m) cash up front with the balance, $15.6m (€12m), to be paid in 12 further installments.
Part of the sale agreement was that Mr Cornec would "not in any way cause to be made or otherwise disclose any disparaging comment, statement or communication about the purchaser (Ms Morrice) or any director of INE". After making payments worth $4.7m (€3.6m) no further payment was made after October 2008 and he is now suing Ms Morrice in Denver, USA.
It is as a result of this clause that the case eventually found its way to the High Court in Dublin.
Last week in Dublin, Judge Gerard Hogan delivered his judgement in the case of Jean Cornec V Susan Morrice, taken under the Foreign Tribunals Evidence Act, in which a court in Denver sought to question two Dublin writers on the 'sources' of stories they had written about the background and involvement of Mr Quinn in the Belize oil venture.
Although Mr Quinn was not a party to the proceedings and not represented, he loomed large in the background. Mr Quinn "professes what many might regard as rather unorthodox religious views", said Judge Hogan in his summary of the case.
"Mr Cornec maintains that Ms Morrice herself has come under what they see as the baneful influence of Mr Quinn and that she herself has effectively gifted large amounts of stock to him while also permitting him to use the assets of the company in a wholly unorthodox fashion."
Judge Hogan had to decide if Nicola Tallant, a journalist with the Sunday World, and Mike Garde, who publishes articles in a magazine run by his anti-cult organisation, Dialogue Ireland, should be compelled to reveal their sources in litigation "presently pending" in the district court of Denver, Colorado, concerning the $16m deal between Ms Morrice and Mr Cornec.
Ms Morrice contends that Mr Cornec had broken the sale agreement by sending his attorney Katrina Skinner to Ireland where she met with the two journalists and Mr Cornec is seeking to enforce the payment of the balance of the $16m for his shares.
In an article dated March 1, 2008, Ms Tallant conducted an interview with Marie Lawlor who "contends that she was effectively indoctrinated into believing that Mr Quinn was the reincarnation of Jesus Christ and that one of his closest followers was the reincarnation of Moses".
Judge Hogan decided that Ms Tallant and Mr Garde were "entitled to assert an immunity" from disclosing their source and so the litigation in Denver over the share transfer will have to go ahead without them.
In the meantime, separate litigation in St Kitts & Nevis was told that after Sheila McCaffrey was ousted from the company INE came under the influence of Ms Morrice and, it is claimed, Mr Quinn.
The company spent $1.8m hiring a "private army" of security personnel to protect the Irish guru against attack, both physical and from cyber-space.
INE paid Mr Quinn and his companies $544,000 in 2008. In 2010 they spent $201,000 to send Ms Morrice and an "associate" of hers Mary Ann Malone to a 13-day seminar in the Bahamas organised by Mr Quinn.
"The figures are inherently preposterous and no reason has been given why the business of INE required, or justified, expenditure of this sort," said the judge in relation to the trip to the Bahamas. "It seems to have been a jaunt for which Ms Morrice should have paid out of her own pockets," said Judge Bannister.
The court documents also disclose that $718,000 was paid over three years to Mr Quinn's companies by BNE for Educo seminars for its employees.
In his judgement in the commercial division of the East Carribean Supreme Court, Judge Bannister found that the 2007 "operating agreement" was invalid and that Mr Quinn was "never validly appointed to the board of INE" and that Ms McCaffrey had not been "validly suspended" from the board.
Where it all goes from here is a matter for the various litigants, but further episodes in the colourful life of the Dublin guru are expected in the coming months.

BELIZE STEEL BANDS ON INDEPENDENCE DAY BRINGS TEARS TO MY EYES !

There are I am surprised to say:  SEVEN steel bands in the country of Belize.  I believe they are in Belmopan the capital and the port of Belize City.  They played for INDEPENDENCE DAY.

I tuned in quite by accident on Saturday and caught a replay, of the steel bands.  The first one, was the Pantempters, I believe?  Either I'm getting too old, or they seemed SO YOUNG.  Some of the kids in the front row, were really bouncing with the rythmm of the music they were playing.  Probably not more than between 12 and 16 years old.  I had to hide my face from my wife when she came in to see what I was watching on TV.  My eyes were just brimming tears, ( it didn't seem manly somehow ) with joy and pride in what is happening in Belize.  I know how long it takes to produce a band, having been a cornet player in one at age 16 years.  The delight was in seeing them bobbing and weaving with the rythmm as they played with all their hearts.  What I loved, was when one girl, who would take a quick glance at a neighboring friend and then both would break out in a GRIN of unadulterated JOY. It was so uplifting and HAPPY.

We seem to get nothing but a steady message of a BAD BELIZE on the media TV out of the port.  Gory killings, gang bangers, robbers, burglaries, muggings.  This music by these seven steel bands, put the lie to the message the PORT TOWN TV media are sending us in the other districts, about life in Belize.  Those kids, are going to remember this chapter in their lives until they die.  I know I do!  Nor are they going to be troublesome kids or adults.  Well rounded kids, having learned the lesson, that results and success come from constant perseverance in whatever challenges and endeavors you face through life. ALL can be achieved if you want it enough.  Damned, I was so PROUD of this generation of Belizean youth.

Interest paid on interest and Belize Banking.

Having an interesting conversation yesterday, about banking, mortgages, credit cards and paying interest on interest.  A lot of European countries are way ahead of Belize when it comes to those kinds of legislation.

Generally speaking, you should not be allowed to charge interest upon interest.  Presuming your payments on interest are overdue, you should not be charged further interest on the interest you owe.  The interest on original loan yes, but not delayed, or lost interest.  Other remedies must apply.

In Belize and the USA on mortgages at least, the payments go to the total calculated interest over the period of time for the mortgage FIRST, only after this profit has been paid, does your monthly payment start to depreciate capital.  You can in the USA at least, and I did that with my house I had, was to send a cheque for the monthly payment and anything extra I could find, scrounge, or spare; make a separate cheque and note that it was for payment to PRINCIPAL only.  Every January the interest that was to be paid on my 30 year mortgage, was reduced, because I also at the same time reduced my principal.  The 30 year mortgage got paid off in 3.5 years this way. Yet the original payments were smallest, because I went for a 30 year mortgage. This gave me the safety against unknown financial emergencies.  In the case of the Belize Bonds, we are not, the government of Belize say; allowed to pay off on the PRINCIPAL.  Which was certainly a mistake in the SUPERBOND 1.  I sure hope the restructuring of the SUPERBOND 2  allows the payment against principal, IF the interest is also paid on time.  You can get loans from other sources at 1% or 2% and pay off your SUPERBOND 2 PRINCIPAL at 4%,  at a faster rate, and it would make the ANNUAL recalculations based on the balance of the BOND VALUE, reduce the size of your twice yearly payments for BOND COUPONS.  A floating BOND value as it were?

10% is the maximum allowed in many countries in the world.  This is not just interest.  It often includes and to my mind should include, the extra fees BANKS invent to increase their take on a loan.  Fees like service fees, bookkeeping fees, customer service fees, insurance fees and anything else they can invent to pile on the loan and the interest.  Whatever you pay the bank on a loan, in TOTAL, should not exceed 10%.

One of the medieval period banking systems was that; if you failed to pay your mortgage and they foreclosed, they could evict you.  However; whatever you had paid off on the PRINCIPAL LOAN was not lost.  You retained those shares in your home, even though you had lost it, to eviction and foreclosure.  You still owned shares in the house, equivalent to the value you had already paid off.  The STATE owns most of the apartments in Vienna, Austria my daughter tells me, but rents are calculated based on a percentage of your salary.  I think this is done in the U.K. also.  I know in France and the U.K.  they have fixed rents and you are not allowed to raise those rents while the same occupant lives in the house.  That has to be a bummer for a LANDLORD living off rents.  In Belize, landlords freely increase rents 10% a year or more to stay with inflation.

BAKING SODA A CHEAP SUCCESSFUL MEDICINE !

Baking Soda as a medicine !

1) Take a small teaspoon, only fill it a quarter and put it in a half a glass of water.  Take it morning and evening.

2)  Cures Flue and Colds by turning your stomach alkaline.  Virus diseases like acidic conditions. When your stomach is too acid, you are going to get sick.

3)  Take it on an empty stomach.

4)  Do not take more than seven half glasses per 24 hours.  If you are over 60 years, limit your intake to 3 or less.

5)  It works by keeping your stomach at a Ph level of 7.0.  Ph is measured from 1 to 14.  Baking Soda is 14 and will reduce an acidic stomach, when you are overproducing acid and bring you into equilibrium.

6)  Virus sickness likes an acidic environment like colds and flu.   You need to do this at the beginning symptoms of a cold, or flu.

7)  If you  have acid reflux, a half small teaspoon in one inch of water in a glass, will fix you better than any drugstore remedies.

8)  Sugar rich foods, and diet, cause your body to make anti-acid, so you have to bring your stomach back more alkaline to a 7.0 state.

9)  For fungus problems on nails and toes, colloidal silver works better than baking soda.

10)  Depending on your water supply in the house, you should if having problems in health, check the PH of the water.  Reverse Osmosis water systems are higher alkalinity.  Taking baking soda would make it more alkaline.

11)  Baking soda is not the same stuff as baking powder, or bicarbonate soda.

12) Baking soda is good for heartburn.

13)  Usually if you need baking soda, you are eating improperly for your body.  Your problem is your diet.  Can't go wrong by cutting out meat, and becoming vegetarian.  Vegetables and fruit diet will make you healthy.  Boring maybe as hell, but healthy and long lived.

The effectiveness of colloidal silver is such a huge threat to the pharmaceutical industry that the FDA (and...

COMPARE WITH OTHER ANTIBIOTICS

Colloidal Silver is non-toxic to mammals, reptiles, plants and all living things that are not of a one celled structure. One-celled life uses a different method of Oxygen metabolism. herein lies its weakness. Since Colloidal Silver acts only as a catalyst, meaning , it influences a change in the rate, or occurrence of a reaction of one-celled organisms, but does not enter into any chemical reaction with the body tissues. The mere presence of Colloidal Silver near any virus, fungus or bacterium (one-celled disease causing pathogens) will immediately cripple their oxygen-metabolising enzyme, or chemical lung, which suffocates and dies usually within six minutes. The dead organism is subsequently cleared out of the body by the immune and lymphatic system.

Each of the other man made antibiotics will kill only five or six types of germs. Increasingly more and more bacteria is becoming resistant to these antibiotics. These bacterium are commonly referred to as Super Bugs, however they are unable to form a resistance to Colloidal Silver which will kill not only the bacteria but also all forms of viruses, a feat no man made antibiotic has managed to date ! A further draw-back of all other antibiotics is that they will destroy a variety of the body regular antibiotics, triggering dangerous super-infections. Conventional antibiotics are industrially developed from toxins manufactured by other bacteria for their own defenses- penicillin being a prime example. Disease organisms in the body respond to this cultivated toxin of the conventional antibiotic at about the same rate as they do to the original organism. This is a long enough time that a mutation can, and often occur which will make the organism immune to the particular antibiotic.

Colloidal Silver is claimed to work relatively fast - mostly within six minutes or less, upon contact within the body- that these disease causing pathogens have no time to mutate into a resistant strain as such a mutation requires far longer than the time silver needs to kill the pathogen. In fact to date no pathogen or strain thereof, has ever been known to mutate and develop resistance to silver in several thousand years of the use of this remarkable substance. To sum up no one celled organism or plant will ever be able to develop immunity to silver.

Colloidal silver is smaller than a MICRON when mixed with distilled water and does not clump together, due to atomic action at that level.  A micron is ONE MILLIONTH the size of a meter ( yard ).  Colloidal silver is an ion, ( AN ATOM MISSING AN ELECTRON )and they repell each other, so stay dispersed in distilled water.  You can make COLLOIDAL SILVER for pennies a gallon.  Or buy somebody else's product.

BELIZE MAKES PARTIAL PAYMENT ON DEBT, TO CONTINUE NEGOTIATIONS.

BELIZE PAYS A PARTIAL PAYMENT ON OWING SUPER BONDS DEBT, AS THE TIME PERIOD HAS FINISHED.  TO KEEP THE CLAUSES THAT ALLOW FURTHER EXTENSIONS FOR FURTHER DEBT SETTLEMENT RESTRUCTURING NEGOTIATIONS.
                        ____________________________________________

A report has come in, that the Government of Belize made a payment on the owed Bonds before close of trading on the 20th.  The guess is:  that the amount was what they were negotiating.  My guess is about 32% or so?  The reduced amount required by government.

The Belize government wishes to issue a new SUPERBOND 2 replacement, which would provide the haircut and reduce the interest rate.  The new SUPERBOND 2 is to include the $300 million for the acquisition by nationalization of BTL and BEL payouts.  Apparently the sticking point in the negotiations is the increase in the SUPERBOND 2 size to include this extra debt, with existing bond holders.  Belize is between a rock and a hard place.  In order to stay in the BOND game, we have to get the new issue of BONDS down both in size of debt and in interest rates.  There is no way in hell the economy of Belize can pay it's debts.  We have over 100% debt to GDP. Partial fault comes from predatory foreign lenders, who gambled on skimming the Belize economy of foreign exchange currency as we earned it.  The lenders have lost the gamble, and whether or not they settle on new terms is a moot point, as if they don't, it will become a real default and their paper bonds can be used as toilet paper. The Belize government is trying to stay in the game.  I'm doubting they can, if they are offering a .32 cents on the dollar.  Way too high!
The Belize government doesn't want that and besides that, they are having some real statistics on the economy these days, when back in the time of the original bonds, there was none.  Nothing but bureaucratic guesswork.  Sadly overestimated to please politicans and thus keep their jobs. Statistics today on the economy are improving and better projections are being made, at least in the realm of finance.  This current UDP government have built on previous work and the statistical management of the economy is gradually becoming more realistic and factual.  It is not perfect yet by any means, but we can now project a few years into the future. We still don't have clerks can do data entry, for most government departments and extracting data from paper files is not worth the labor intensive effort.  So the bureaucrats guess!
Debt peonage is at least 300 years old and practised all over the world today.  Belize is in debt peonage to a usury system of banking.  The OECD countries for us, control the transfer of money payments in Exchanges.  I think ours are done in Belgium and New York?  I don't know how you can break out of DEBT PEONAGE.  The KINGS of olden times simply KILLED the lenders to the monarchy and seized their properties.  Banks and bonds were more risky then. Now you just risk your speculative buying of third world bonds in the emerging market.  Most buyers of such bonds make sure to diversify their holdings and nobody holding Belize Bonds have any large percentage at risk.  The add on costs are astronomical and increase the cost.  Unlike the Prime Minister, myself, I would just default.  A trader in bonds and stocks takes the risks on his or her gamble and loses the bet when wrong.  This one, the bondholders are wrong on their bet.  I admire the Prime Minister for trying to see that bond holders can in theory, get some of their investment back.  Maybe they can sell those bonds at a future date?  I think the PM is right, ethically; but as a trader myself of Jaguar Capital Management, in short term OPTION trading, I'm more accustomed to just taking the loss, when I guessed wrong and missed the market direction forecast.  My trading philosphy is to cut your losses quick and I believe it would be a stupid bond trader that thought he was going to get ANY return on these bonds worth talking about.  Somebody will buy then for sure, if they are being traded.  Probably end up being traded in many more small lots at a new lower price range. The original holders should get out and cut their losses quick, while they can.
I still think .32 cents on the dollar is too high, by my back of the envelope gut feeling calculations.  That debt value  has to get down to 5 cents or lower.  I'm interested, but those bonds are going to have to get down to between 1 and 2 cents to interest me here in Belize.  The interest payment would have to be extremely high as compared to the buying of the bonds on secondary markets, to make them attractive. Certainly no one, would expect the new SUPERBOND 2, would last more than 10 years in the current restructuring terms.  It would be throwing your money away and just gambling that the price you pay for them, can be returned in 8 or 10 years by the interest payments.  Belize does not have the political management governing system, to successfully keep the country out of future debt sink holes as the politicians change. The controls on future borrowing are just not in the laws.  Politicians are looking to get rich quick in 5 year terms. I think the Belize government is still offering way too high, for restructuring.  The extended long term nature of the bonds, which if bondholders want to get back 100% of initial capital is too long for me. Even at a haircut on the price of 70%.  The interest rate is not competitive with other forms of gambling speculation in bonds, stocks, options and futures for example.

Interest rates, lending, debt slavery in MEDIEVAL ENGLAND of interest to BELIZE

A bit of medieval history of England, about money matters, interest rates ( usury ), and such.

http://www.spearhead.com/0507-smg.html
In Praise of Medieval England
The Middle Ages are frequently associated with backwardness, tyranny and poverty: a period in which life was hard and short. Notwithstanding the absence of technological benefits in the fields of medicine and science, this was in reality an age in which prosperity and happiness were abundant and widely diffused.
The litmus test of any successful civilisation is the financial arrangements which prevail in its economic life. Are the means of exchange - that is money and credit - issued by the state for the sole benefit of its inhabitants, or are they controlled and manipulated by private bankers for their own enrichment and the enslavement of the people?
In mediaeval England state finances were firmly in the hands of the king, but prior to 1290 they were in the grip of a group of marauding moneylenders.
The laws against usury before the arrival of William the Conqueror in 1066 were very strict. In 899 King Alfred (871-99) directed that the property of usurers be forfeited, while in 1050 Edward the Confessor (1042-66) decreed not only forfeiture, but that a usurer be declared an outlaw and banished for life.
These wise laws were abandoned when the Normans defeated the English at Hastings on October 14th 1066. William I (1066-87) was accompanied by a party of Jewish settlers, who had been resident in Rouen, Normandy, since Roman times. Circumstantial evidence indicates that these Jews had provided financial support for William's military campaign in return for the right to practise usury in England under royal protection.
It was, however, William's son Rufus (1087-1100) who actively permitted these Jews to engage in lending money at interest - a venture in which he initially took a 50 per cent share of the profits. In order to pay the interest on loans advanced to the Crown, Rufus was obliged to tax the populace, which engendered much resentment towards him. The Encyclopaedia Britannica provides a vivid description of this odious man:-
‘In appearance William II was unattractive; bullnecked, with sloping shoulders, extremely corpulent and awkward in his gait; His long locks and clean-shaven face marked his predilection for the newfangled fashions which contemporary ecclesiastics were never weary of denouncing. His features were strongly marked and coarse, his eyes grey and deeply set; he owed his nickname (Rufus) to the fiery hue of his complexion. He stuttered violently and in moments of passion was almost inarticulate. His familiar conversation was witty and blasphemous. He was surrounded by a circle of vicious parasites, and no semblance of decorum was maintained in his household.
‘His character was assailed by the darkest rumours, which he never attempted to refute. He died unmarried and without issue.’
Those Jews not involved in the money-lending racket traded in corn and wool or dealt in trinkets, cheap jewellery and useless junk. Although it was forbidden by statute, many of them engaged in coin-clipping, that is filing and clipping the edges of coins and putting them back into circulation as clipped coins. The filings and clippings were then melted into bullion. A similar fraud they perpetrated was the plating of tin with silver and then selling it as silver-plate.

Incensed by alien practice

Another practice which incensed the English merchants was the custom of Jewish traders of selling a whole range of merchandise under one roof. Items such as candles, cloth, iron, leather, silver- ware which were normally sold in separate shops, were all disposed of in a bazaar type operation. The greed of these traders caused both anger and impoverishment amongst the merchant class and undermined the guilds.
The moneylenders charged princes and other noblemen interest rates of at least 33 per cent per annum on lands which they had mortgaged. The working class, who pledged their tools of trade or chattels, were expected to pay rates of up to 300 per cent per annum. Not unexpectedly, within two generations one quarter of all English lands were in the ownership of Jewish usurers.
The allegations of ritual murder of pre-adolescent Christian boys around the time of the Jewish Passover, or Pesach, added greatly to the general clamour that all Jews should be removed from England.
In 1233 the Statutum de Judeismo restricted the lending activities of the Jewish money-lenders, and in 1275 a statute abolished all forms of usury. An extract from the latter statute reads as follows:-
‘Forasmuch as the King hath seen that divers evils and the disinheriting of good men of his land have happened by the usuries which the Jews have made in time past, and that divers sins have followed thereupon that he and his ancestors have received much benefit from the Jewish people in all times past, nevertheless, for the honour of God and the common benefit of the people, the King hath ordained and established that from henceforth no Jew shall lend anything at usury either upon land or upon other thing (writer's emphasis).
‘And that no usuries shall run in time coming from the feast of St. Edward last past. Notwithstanding the covenants before made shall be observed, saving that the usuries shall cease. But all those who owe debts to Jews upon pledge of moveables shall acquit them between this and Easter; if not they shall be forfeited. And if any Jew shall lend at usury contrary to this Ordinance, the King will not lend his aid, neither by himself or his officers for the recovering of his loan; but will punish him at his discretion for the offence and will do justice to the Christian that he may obtain his pledges again.
‘And that the distress for debts due unto the Jews from henceforth shall not be so grievous, but that the moiety of lands and chattels of the Christians shall remain for their maintenance; and that no distress shall be made for a Jewry debt upon the heir of the debtor named in the Jew's deed, nor upon any other person holding the land that was the debtor's before that the debt be put in suit and allowed in court.’
Finally, in 1290 on July 18th a statute was passed by King Edward I (1272-1307) and the House of Commons compelling all Jews* to leave England for ever by November 1st of that year. Any Jews who remained in the kingdom after that date were liable to be executed.
The announcement of the expulsion was greeted with great joy and jubilation throughout the land. Unlike with the modern practice of ethnic cleansing, the Jews after paying a tax of 1/15th of the value of their moveables and 1/10th of their specie were permitted to leave with all their goods and chattels.

National finances

With the banishment of the money-lenders and the abolition of usury, we may observe how the finances of the English nation were practised at the different levels of society.
For the individual who wished to buy a house costing, say, £100 he would be required to make a down-payment of £10 and negotiate a loan of £90 from a bank. He would own 10 per cent of the house and the bank would own the remaining 90 per cent. Rent would be payable on the house of which 10 per cent would accrue to himself and the balance of 90 per cent to the bank. The following year he would pay the bank a further instalment of 10 per cent, reducing the bank's ownership to 80 per cent and the amount of rent payable to it. These instalments would be continued until he owned 100 per cent of the property.
In the event of the buyer defaulting on his rent payments he would be evicted. However, he could never lose that portion of the house he had paid for and would continue to receive rent on it. House price inflation was not a factor during this era, as the rate of inflation was zero - as it should be. In any normal society which does not practise usury.
A business loan would be agreed on the following terms:-
A fishing captain of sufficient years' experience who wished to purchase his own boat would approach a bank for a loan. He would buy a boat, which would belong to the bank. The bank would pay him a salary. After one year he would have the option to buy 10 per cent of the boat and receive 10 per cent of the profits. This procedure would continue until he owned 100 per cent of the boat. If, for example, after two years the bank decided to cancel the agreement because the captain was doing a poor job, he would still retain his 20 per cent share. In the event of the boat sinking, the insurance would cover it. The essence of this contract was that it was fair to both sides and that risk was equally shared by both borrower and lender.

The tally stick

The finances of the English Crown from 1290 onwards were centred around what was known as the `tally stick`. This ancient instrument of finance, known to the Saracens and possibly also to the Chinese, is derived from the Latin word tallia, meaning a stick. A tally stick was made out of hazel, willow or boxwood because these woods split easily. They were usually eight inches in length (from forefinger to thumb) and half an inch wide, although they could be up to eight feet long.
The denominations were indicated by differently sized cuts in the wood. A thousand pounds was marked by cutting out the thickness of the palm of a hand, one hundred pounds by the breadth of the little finger, one pound that of a swelling barleycorn, shillings somewhat less; and pence were marked by incisions. The payee was recorded on the flat sides.
When all the details had been recorded on the tally it was split nearly to the bottom, so that one part retained a stump, or handle, on which a hole would be bored. This was known as the counter-tally, or counterfoil, and was held on a rod at the Exchequer. The flat strip (without the stump) was given to the payee. As no two pieces of wood are identical, it was impossible to forge a tally stick.
Tally sticks were first introduced during the reign of King Henry I (1100-35) and would remain in circulation until 1783. It was, however, during the period 1290-1485 that tallies would reach their apogee and constitute the principal means of state finance. Tallies were used not only to pay state salaries, but to finance major items of infrastructure, such as construction of the wall of the City of London, public buildings and ports.
The exact amount of tallies in circulation during this period is not known, but as late as 1694 £17 million worth were still in existence. This was a prodigious sum, as the King's annual budget rarely exceeded £2.5 million, and a labourer earned only a penny a day.
With very few taxes, no state debt and no interest to pay, a contented and prosperous life was enjoyed by all the inhabitants of England. A labourer could provide for all the necessities his family required. People were well clothed in good woollen cloth and had plenty of meat and bread.
Houston Stewart Chamberlain, the German-domiciled British philosopher, confirms these living conditions in The Foundations of the 19th Century:-
‘In the thirteenth century, when the Teutonic races began to build up their new world, the agriculturist over nearly the whole of Europe was a freer man, with a more assured existence, than he is to-day (writer's emphasis): copyhold was the rule, so that England, for example - today a seat of landlordism - was even in the fifteenth century almost entirely in the hands of hundreds of thousands of farmers, who were not only legal owners of their land but possessed, in addition, far-reaching free rights to common pastures and woodlands.’
The average labourer in those days worked only 14 weeks a year and, not surprisingly, there were 160 to 180 holidays a year. According to Lord Leverhulme, a writer on that period, "The men of the 15th century were very well paid." In fact they were so well paid that it would only be by the late 19th century that a worker's wages equalled the buying power of those of the mediaeval period.

Visitor observes prosperity

An Italian traveller visiting England in the reign of King Henry VII (1485-1509) gives a glimpse of the prosperity he found in London:-
‘...In one single street, named Strada (Cheapside), leading to St. Paul's, there are fifty-two goldsmiths' shops, so rich and full of silver vessels, great and small, that in all the shops in Milan, Rome, Venice and Florence put together I do not think there would be found so many of the magnificence that are to be seen in London.’
The large amount of free time available enabled the English country folk to indulge in fishing, hunting, hawking and snaring, while studying and reading were popular in the winter months. This explains why this period has always been known as ‘Merrie England’, Shakespeare described England as being...
‘This royal throne of kings, this scepter'd isle, This earth of majesty, this seat of Mars, This other Eden, demi-Paradise.’
A feature of mediaeval life in England was the prominent role which religion played. With a population of only five million, some 100,000 pilgrims would be visiting Canterbury Cathedral and other shrines at any one time. Piety and meditation formed an integral part of their devotions.
The nation's wealth could be seen in the beautiful Gothic cathedrals, which were erected throughout the land. Many of them were built with the help of voluntary labour. G.M. Trevelyan, the social historian, writes that...
‘The continuous but ever-moving tradition of ecclesiastical architecture still proceeded on its majestic way, filling England with towering forests of masonry of which the beauty and grandeur have never been rivalled either by the Ancients or the Moderns. In the newer churches the light no longer crept but flooded in, through the stained glass, of which the secret is today even more completely lost than the magic of the architecture.’
Critics might raise the objection that during this epoch England was involved in the Hundred Years' War (1337-1453). However, many of these battles were little more than large-scale archery contests, and none was fought on English soil. The English crossbowman was the most skilled exponent of this type of warfare. At Agincourt, October 25th 1415, the principal battle of that war, contemporary estimates of English casualties range from 14 to 1,600.
With the advent in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries of the goldsmiths, who practised fraudulent banking based on fractional reserves, this glorious period in European history slowly came to a close. On June 1 1694 it terminated with the establishment of the Bank of England and the institution of a National Debt. This private bank took over the finances of the Crown and is directly responsible for having reduced the English and other British to their current status of debt slavery.

BELIZE GOVERNMENT STATISTICAL ECONOMICAL DATA PROBLEMS 2012.

Belize government having problems with competency of the bureaucracy.

Very revealing interview on Channel 5 tv locally, with two representatives from the STATISTICS DEPARTMENT.  They said they were having trouble compiling statistics on each government department and the best they can do is either ONCE A YEAR, or perhaps TWICE A YEAR, for economical reporting on the current condition of government.  From the questions and answers, it seemed only 10% of the government ministries and departments are using software designed especially for them to compile statistical data. 90% of the bureaucratic departments were dysfunctional in the modern computer age sense.  They were doing alright statistical recording, but using antique methods of paper collecting.  PILES AND PILES of data on paper, but the size of the bureaucracy is not big enough to extract the data from the piles of paper records and use them.  COMPUTER DATA ENTRY is a flaw in current government operations.
From this we extrapolated that HIGH SCHOOLS are not teaching the skills, of typing.  It takes about the first two years of high school, or last two years of primary school, to teach the manual skills of typing at a passing grade of 65 words per minute.  Takes at least an hour a day practice and perhaps two hours a day.  So the schools are failing in this.
The next thing, while computers have been given to every department and internet access, the skill sets of the current bureaucracy are such, that they do not know how to use current software programs, such as EXCEL, or OFFICE type software.  Most departments do not have specialized software for recording data, and making backups daily, designed by local Belizean software designers, especially for that use.  So clerical staff are simply using the old tried and true paper writing method.  Which does not lend itself to the advantageous instantaneous, labor saving product of computer recording.  I get this picture in my mind, of India, with tens of thousands of clerks recording data on paper at desks in dusty offices with the overhead fans rotating.  Unfortunately, in Belize we cannot afford the number of clerks to do even this and in order to get workable timely statistical economical reporting, computer data entry has to be same minute, same hour of the day type thing, to be useful.  Apparently the clerks we hire for these bureaucracies are not either competent, which would be a fault of the education system, or the organization of the departments is not good enough in structure, or they lack the software designed to facilitate their daily data in a meaningful manner.  Apparently the clerks cannot jury rig making their own systems, using EXCEL or other software programs.
Software programs come out every two or three years, and have to be relearned each time. They are usually greatly expanded.  A clerk that cannot automatically shift between software programs, and teach themselves as they go along, would be incompetent by current modern day standards.  That means the tertiary educational system is at fault.  It may mean that there has to be rotation in department clerks, and incompetent ones let go.  It is a proven fact, it is more difficult to teach yourself to keep up to date, while on the job, rather than just find the clerks obsolete and hire new ones fresh out of school and current in skills and technology.
Interestingly enough, the idea of introducing computer learning through district, town and village libraries fell flat on it's face.  The basic problem and it has not been licked yet.  Is that libraries when they get computers invariably have gone into competition, with internet cafes.  They have been charging to use the computer and internet and library managers explain, that the equipment has to be serviced, which is expensive. So they need to sell the service, rather than give away the service FREE. The whole purpose of computers in LIBRARIES is to make it free, so poor people, 90% of the population can upgrade themselves by learning new things and teaching themselves.  The moment a library starts any kind of FEE process, it automatically collapses the INTENT of such a program.  Like a balloon pricked with a pin. The LIBRARY allowance is insufficient to look after these costs, so while the original intention was good, practical considerations of servicing equipment, when a library has no money and is working from donations and cake sales, etc, is self defeating.  The government being flat broke and over a 100% of GDP in debt, does not look like this program will EVER work.
While we can ponder the Belize bureaucracy and the quality of education they are forced to hire as clerks, it is beneficial to remember that; 80% of the population of Belize have NEVER finished primary school.  Our local Standard 6, or North American Grade 8.   We don't have the statistics and the Education Department is one of the major departments that actually do have statistics, how many young people QUIT primary school, and at what age and level?  But it is fairly safe to say; 52% of the population of Belize have NEVER finished Standard 4, or Grade 5, in North American parlance.
We need not feel too ashamed, because the UK our original COLONIAL EMPIRE POWER, has now been downgraded from a FIRST WORLD INDUSTRIAL STATE, to a SECOND WORLD STATUS.  Much of their food processing exports domination has gone with the wind.  Nowadays, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Colombia, and Sri Lanka have replaced their supremacy in both food processing methods and industrial manufacturing methods.

5 cheapest nice places to retire on Social Security in the USA

This article was listing 5 nice places you can retire on your small social security alone,  in the USA.  It is the most hilarious article I have ever read about old age retirement in the USA.  I get my $265 Social Security cheque every month as a  75 year old.  Have no other income, only some savings which is declining faster than I like.  I literally laughed myself silly over this nonsense. They were assuming I would get a minimum $2500 a month Social Security.  Yeah sure mon! What kind of world do such people live in?  Mystifies me.
Thats why I'm retired in Central America, rural Western Belize in the foothills of the Belize Alps.  I could never make it anyplace in the USA, except beneath New York City maybe, living in the subway tunnels with a cardboard box for a mattress.   Or under a Freeway OVERPASS, done that too.  Who you kidding mon?  That utopia does not exist except in the fantasies of government bureauratic pensioners.  Not MY REAL WORLD.

Article selection:

It’s sometimes hard to imagine life in retirement, but picture living on Social Security alone. Assume all you earn is $2,500 a month, the maximum check a worker currently receives at full retirement age from Social Security. Where can you comfortably pay taxes, afford housing and still have some left over to actually enjoy retirement? Sounds impossible but with the help of AARP The Magazine, which recently presented its annual list of best places to live on a budget, we narrowed down five American destinations where it is possible to live on a simple Social Security paycheck.

Editor Gabby Redford assumed an average 25% tax rate and a monthly housing budget of about $400 but also sought attractive areas well-suited for seniors. Redford says affordability was key to AARP’s search but wasn’t the only factor. “We looked at arts and culture, hiking and biking trails, education opportunities, great healthcare facilities - all the things that make a city a really great place to live,” she says.  etc. etc. - bunch of garbage for 58% of Americans.

DOCUMENTARY ON ALIEN POSSESSION FASCINATED ME!

I saw a documentary on TV the other afternoon.  It really disturbed me.  Because I could not tell, if the documentary was relating real facts, or just entertainment, to make a dollar.  As entertainment, it got me by the throat and I was fascinated.  I'd like to know more about it?  On the other hand, if it was based on genuine case histories, I have no clue what to think anymore.

The documentary was done with actors.  What made it meaningful and separated it from pure entertainment fantasy, was the showing of the real people involved, versus the dramatization with actors, while the story was going on.

It told the story of this lady pyschiatrist, with two kids, in Alaska practicing her profession.  She had a patient who was having voices in his head telling him things. Sometimes as a voice and other times as some sort of mental exchange.  Anyway, to help the patient she put him under mild hypnosis, for submerged memory recovery.  In my youth I was good at hypnosis myself and had  a stage show and also taught a couple of doctors one time, in Louisiana. So the use of hypnosis attracted my attention.  The doctor, video and audio taped everything in her office.  She always had at least one witness present. Sometimes two.  Anyway this sick guy in recall, started screaming, and his body raised up off the bed a foot or so.  When she stopped the session, he dropped back on the bed.  But apparently broke three vertebrae in his neck and was paralyzed from the neck down thereafter.  The video and audio, showed the physical manifestations, but also had a strange gibberish voice speaking.  The Alaska local police chief wanted to arrest her, for the accident.  She was later not prosecuted, as the video clearly showed, she had no part in the guy's events. She was at least ten feet away.  Unexplained phenomena.  She got a Phd professor, in ancient languages and he identified the language as ancient Sumerian and translated it. Going back to Genesis and the beginning of humanity, or something. The mysterious voice coming from the screaming guy's voice, said several things, but basically said he was GOD.  I think I remember the name of the GOD as AN.
Anyway, she the doctor, also underwent hypnosis by a peer and it turned out she had been abducted as in UFO stories, as a child and something done to her rear shoulder.  She also screamed. Speculation was that an extra terrastrial entity had been in the patient's body and left the body, causing the vertabrae to break in the process.  I later thought of the many stories of Catholic possession by demons.  I don't really believe any of that kind of stuff, and not particularly believing we are visited by extra terrestrials.
At any rate, after some other things, she wanted to move away from her house and area, but the local police chief didn't believe her, and held her responsible for the patient's accident. He had a police guard on her house.  Apparently the cop, sitting in his cruiser, saw a big black space ship float over the house, with a bright light.  He gave evidence of what he saw.  The female doctor mother was in her room, with her young daughter about 5 years old and an older boy about 11.  She said a bright light came down through the ceiling and her daughter disappeared, as in UFO stories and like Star Trek movies.  The local SHERIFF wanted to charge her, and did everything to try and make her confess to what had happened to her daughter. She had a nervous breakdown.  It went on a bit from here, but voice of the entity said it would not let her daughter go.
Life moved on, and the sheriff and is now retired.  The witness, the Phd Sumerian linguist is now a full tenured professor the documentary said, in Canada and had left Alaska.  Apparently the FBI investigated many times, but found nothing.  The whole thing in our reality is simply UNEXPLAINED by the logic and physics we know. It was claimed there are over 700 such cases in Alaska alone, but many around the world.
NOW THIS WAS A HELL OF A GOOD DOCUMENTARY!  For entertainment value.  Or if the facts are true, leaves us with a puzzle of entities messing with the human population of Earth for 13,000 years or so, maybe longer.  I got the impression we were some kind of human cattle being cropped. An entity that uses a spaceship does not strike me as GOD, just an advanced being. But one that can live for 13,000 or more years leaves me puzzled, and or exist inside a human body without the person knowing it.
Nobody could prove anything against the lady doctor.  The two witnesses and the video and audio tapes were self explanatory.  The events, just not believable to our type of mind. I'd like to know though, if the documentary was just entertainment, or covered actual real life events.

REINCARNATION AND PROVEN PAST LIVES MEMORIES ( more commonly found and proven in India )

Hi Ray,

You wondered how a guy could break out in some Sumerian language from over 3000 years ago and also wondered how that could be possible. The answer is easy: he, the person motivating that body this lifetime, spoke from a much earlier lifetime in Sumeria. Something in his mind triggered the memory. So what is the mind? Nothing else but a recording, playback and storage machine which we carry around with us from lifetime to lifetime. It's not even a calculating machine, the person does the calculating and analyses what does into the mind. The "database" of the mind is wonderfully indexed by our physical 5 perceptions subdivided by some 50 odd perceptics. Just the smell of the sea can trigger memories going back to childhood if one was near the sea as a child. That could also trigger memories of seafaring many, many lifetimes ago, usually not taken seriously and written off as "imagination" or "fantasy". That is also an exception, happens seldom. Why?
Because between lives, between death and rebirth, a false purpose, implanted into the mind by devious people a long, long time ago, is rekindled: "you are to forget everything". So we don't remember everything from past lives. BUT . . . . the memories ARE there, cannot be deleted, and can be touched upon under special circumstances, e.g. hypnosis, which I don't recommend. Often, on drugs trips parts come to the fore and get horribly twisted making for those bad trips.
So you need to know just what you are and what happens when you "die". First of all, you are NOT your body you use, just like you are not the hammer you use to drive a nail into timber. It's just a tool to move about and do things in the physical universe, like building a boat. Secondly, you are NOT your mind either, It is another tool that helps in building a boat. What is left? YOU, the being motivating the body you use now and is letting you down. We are now in the field of religion. Don't get a fright, it's nothing bad. I use the word religion in the definition which was valid up to 170 years ago: THE LOVE AND PURSUIT OF WISDOM. Then psychiatry (I refer to that as sickiatry because they are sick beyond belief) 170 or so years ago altered that into "some belief in a higher deity", completely and utterly wrong.
So I'm passing on some wisdom, knowledge from my own experience to you and hope you gain some succour from that in the months to come.  I really hope you do.
A bit more about you, the being. What does a being operate on, with? Affinity (positive or negative) for other beings and the physical universe, communication (or intended lack of) with other beings and the physical universe and sharing reality with other beings. Understanding is made up of all 3 items.
About death, not suicide:
a being will disconnect from a body when it is no longer useful or will not any longer operate the way he/she wants it to AND TAKE ITS MIND WITH IT. The being will slowly rise up out of the body, often will "see" it lying there and "hear" people talking. Usually the being hangs around to see that the body is disposed of according to the mores he/she lived with. When the body is disposed of the being might decide to have a look around and hang about town, so to speak, until it, no gender now, gets bored. After all, it cannot interact with the physical universe much. At being bored something else happens: the being will see a bright, warm, welcoming light and goes into it with the feeling"I'm going home" - WRONG!! (This bright light has been reported over and over again from near-death-experiences)  DON'T DO THAT IF YOU GET TO SEE THIS LIGHT. That is the trap which revitalises the "forgetter" implant and spits you out again. Sometimes a love between partners has been so great that it will hang around until the partner departs life too. At which point they lose any contact at all.
About birth:
After having been spat out it decides to find a new one - a baby in the process of being born. Sometimes 2 or even 3 beings want that body - the most aware being will win that battle - literally a battle of wills. AT THAT POINT THE "FORGETTER" KICKS IN and the child will remember nothing of its immediate past life or any other past life.
That does not always work, the most wellknown is the case of the 8 or 10 year old Indian  girl who recognised her killer from her last life. Her testimony and evidence was checked by the police, all was found to be true, even to the location of the body which nobody knew about, it was assumed she had run away. Her killer was arrested and jailed. There are numerous other cases like this, not all murders, but not so well researched and documented.
Kids often remember instances from past lifetimes - these always get laughed at and done down with "that's just imagination", or "you have a livid fantasy", or "you can't remember that", all these reinforce the forgetter in a new unit of time. This is part of the hell on this earth. We create that for each other, but we create heaven on this earth for each other too, often. Neither of them are found outside of the physical universe, nor is there some kind of god to be found. You are, you do, you have, that is the game.
OK, end of lesson. I can take my Minister's hat off again, grin. Any questions are welcome, I might or might not answer them. Again, I hope this is of at least some help to you.
Do well,
Bill Holly, Germany.
