BELIZE IS LACKING COOPERATIVES, PARTICULARLY IN AGRICULTURE

 HOW TO FORM AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVES AS A GOVERNMENT PROJECT?

While the academics and bureaucrats TALK and TALK knowledgeably and a recent article in the AG REPORT magazine on building cooperatives in agriculture, throughout rural Belize.  There is a high faluting academic article by Romaldo Isaac Lewis ( MBA and Agronomist ) on the subject.  NOBODY IN GOVERNMENT is doing anything about it.  In Guatemala there are tens of thousands of cooperatives all over the country.  Each village has two or three for different production things.
