WORKING CLASS EXPLOITATION BY INTERNET ACCESS IN BELIZE, AS PERCENTAGE OF SALARY.

Survey shows that internet cost per family, runs about 14% of income for upper middle class, business people and civil servants, while the lower class doing trade type work, the internet represents about 73% of their take home income.  A disproportionate amount, EXCLUDING the MORE NEEDY working trade type people in the private sector who are victimized by their wealthier cousins with high civil service salaries.
