BELIZE CATTLE INDUSTRY TO HIT $10 MILLION IN EXPORTS BY 2013.

Jaguar, cattle predator in Belize

CATTLE INDUSTRY ON UPSWING FOR EXPORTS

Guatemala takes about 5000 head of cattle a year. The local market takes about 6000 head of cattle a year. Mexico will soon be on board in January it is expected and likely to increase cattle exports by another 5000 head a year.

Cattle rustlers are stealing 350 head a year and the rustling gangs are mostly operating along the Belize River valley. There is zero law enforcement. Perhaps the Cattle Association need to hire their own detective and police?

Jaguar kill about 50 head of cattle a year.

Cattle during 2012 and 2013 are expected to reap about $10 million a year.

One advantage with Belize. Our cattle are organic eaters and not contaminated with GROWTH HORMONES. A few do it, but a neglible percentage.
