Dear All:

The National Institute of Culture and History (NICH), through The Institute of Creative Arts (ICA) and with a grant from the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) are inviting you to participate in a Kite Making Train the Trainer Workshop on January 7th, 2011 at the San Ignacio/Santa Elena House of Culture.

Mr. Hyde will hold Train the Trainer Workshops in four locations starting in December. Participants will receive a Kite Making Training Manual, and will be provided with the supplies needed to make several types of kites with Mr. Hyde at the workshop. Additionally, participants will also receive a Manual on how to organize and hold kite festivals and contests in their communities.

Please share this information with the people who you think might be interested in attending one of these Train the Trainer Workshops and hold a Workshop and Kite Festival and Contest in their community. Contact Jane House, 667-1836, or Xunan Quetzal at SISE House of Culture at 824 0783, if you have any questions, or to notify me of the location of the workshop you want to attend and the name(s) of attendees who will be accompanying you. Space at the workshops is limited to 14 people at each site.

Regards,
