REMINDER TO USA CITIZENS AND COMPANIES OWNED BY USA CITIZENS
IF they have Belizeans politicians using US entities or any person acting while in the United States corruptly paying or offering to pay, directly or indirectly, money or anything of value to a Belizean official to obtain or retain business (the “Antibribery Provisions”) they can be charged with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 ("FCPA") .
